TURKEY DARES TO RESIST RUSSIAN HITLER ALMOST ALONE

From both the concrete evidence and the history of the issue one may easily conclude that Turkey has right on her side with regard to the Turkish-Russian military incident. From the very beginning of her military intervention in Syria, Russia’s air force has been systematically violating the Turkish air space and had been repeatedly warned not to carry on with those acts because Turkey would then respond by shooting down her aircrafts.

A short time ago, a warning was already given to Russia by the shooting down of an unmanned aircraft of hers within the Turkish air space.

It is significant that, as regards her second violation in October, Russia claimed that the bad weather conditions were to blame. Besides, it is the Turkish side that has been posing the question of violations of her sovereignty again and again, while Russia did not raise any such question of threats by Turkey when her own airplanes flew within the Syrian air space. Yet, what kind of question could be raised by Russia, a power that has been bombing Syria, a foreign country of which the majority of the population doesn’t want her, and a champion of invasions, country partitions and annexations during the last few years? Finally, we have no reasons to believe that NATO, which is under U.S. politico-military hegemony, would have any interest in admitting that during the previous and the last incidents the Russian airplanes did violate the Turkish air space, at a time when America has been trying to forge closer ties with Russia at the key for her anti-ISIS front.

For anyone who has been watching a bit the development of Russia’s involvement in the Middle East, there is no doubt that Russia has systematically tried and finally provoked a heated war incident with Turkey so that she could pose through it as a victim of an enemy attack.

Through this provocation, the Russian diplomacy aims at utilizing the Western anti-ISIS coalition she has provoked, so that she could isolate Turkey from the West and encircle her from the South in alliance with Iran, the Iran-dominated Iraq, and the pro-Russian PKK. The anti-ISIS struggle is a mere pretext for Russia to interfere in the Middle East issues and achieve a military distraction from Ukraine. It is no accident that the reason for the expansion of ISIS is, in the first place, the scandalous tolerance towards it shown by Assad – whom the ISIS never bothered – which allowed it to take its first base in Syria, as well as the opening of the borders of the Sunni part of Iraq to the Syrian ISIS by the Maliki pro-Iranian government, which led to the creation of the stillborn caliphate.

The focal point of Russian aggression in the Middle East is Turkey. It is the only regional power that stands in the way of Russia’s victorious offensive in the oil-producing Gulf, which is kept outside the control of the Russo-Iranian axis by Saudi Arabia. At the same time, Turkey is the most strategic obstacle to the descent of the Russian Black Sea fleet into the Mediterranean for the purpose of strategic energy encirclement and suffocation of Europe.

Strange as this may seem, after the all-creepy stance shown by the European monopolists – descendants of Chamberlain and Daladier – towards neo-Hitler’s Russia, the future of Europe, the future of peace, will be determined, at a large extent, by whether or not Turkey can stand up to the new Hitler.
